About the role:

We are currently seeking a motivated Home Care Worker to join our team in Geelongon aCasual/Permanent Part-Timebasis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients at home with general house cleaning, tidying and shopping.
  • Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.
  • Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors.
  • Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values.
  • Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Based in Geelong or nearby suburbs.
  • Available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 30 am - 4pm.
  • Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
  • Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous.
  • Current Australian Driver's license and access to a registered and vehicle with insurance.
