Job OverviewWe're looking for someone who fits our team's description to provide administrative support to National Directors and the associated team. As an important member of our head office staff in Melbourne, you'll play a vital role in ensuring things run smoothly.
The core duties will involve:
- Assisting in the development, writing, and coordination of proposals, tenders, and submissions, ensuring they align with client requirements and WT's brand standards.
- Supporting the director and senior team members in drafting content, including executive summaries, project narratives, and technical responses.
- Gathering and consolidating information from various stakeholders, ensuring all sections of the proposal are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to incorporate marketing collateral into proposals, such as capability statements and business cases.
- Editing and proofreading proposal documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism.
You'll be working closely with our marketing team to develop high-quality content that showcases our expertise and meets client needs. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you build effective relationships with senior leaders, team members, and external stakeholders.
