Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome our clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes.
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients.
  3. Provide administrative support to our clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
  4. Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics.
  5. Learn and competently use a range of software and applications.

  7. An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.
  8. Prior experience in customer service/admin.
