Job Description:
The role sits within the APAC enablement team, responsible for managing the intake process for new enablement requests and executing product-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish structured intake processes, evaluating business impact and aligning with strategic priorities.
- Create comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies for all product-related initiatives.
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis for product launches and enhancements to identify required support.
- Implement effective project management methodologies, track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Facilitate regular communication with product teams, sales leadership, and market stakeholders to align on priorities and provide project status updates.
- Collaborate on the development of product-specific learning architectures that reflect the sales process and customer engagement model.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for product enablement initiatives and report on effectiveness and business impact.
- Identify and pilot new approaches for product enablement delivery that improve knowledge retention and application in customer situations.
