As a global organisation managing 13,000 fleet and machinery, we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use. The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, management, international maintenance, and continuous improvement to provide service quality.
The Opportunity:
We seek an adaptable and resilient Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to support coordination and planning of all fleet maintenance activities within Toll. As the coordinator, you will plan and coordinate vehicle service and maintenance within Toll workshops & external workshops to ensure high levels of vehicle service compliance without compromising on quality and minimal downtime of assets.
Roster: Monday - Friday, 38 Hours Per Week.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and ensure coordinated, timely, and managed approach of vehicle service bookings with stakeholders
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers, driving new processes to ensure successful outcomes
- Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings while minimizing maintenance expenses
- Engage with third-party maintenance providers, partner with them to ensure high service quality outcomes
- Complete relevant quality assurance tasks and administrative tasks as required

About You:
- Prior experience in an internal fleet maintenance or management role or truck service advisory role would be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
- Strategic thinker, accountable, problem solver, outcome-focused
- Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them
- Microsoft Office suite expertise including Word, Excel, and Outlook
