
Digital Customer Growth Strategist

The Customer Growth Lead for Refinance & Cross-Sell is a strategic role that requires collaboration across credit, product, and technology teams to implement technical enhancements and refined underwriting processes.
This position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive refinance and cross-sell strategy for existing customers, identifying optimal channel and pricing criteria to maximise conversion opportunities.
Key responsibilities include leading continuous improvement of application journeys for existing customers, project managing technical enhancements to customer platforms and CRM systems, designing and implementing personalised marketing campaigns, establishing and optimising a customer lifecycle marketing program, analysing customer data to identify patterns that indicate refinance readiness or product affinity, leading A/B testing initiatives, collaborating with product teams to develop exclusive offers, and designing and delivering a robust customer education program.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services industries.
