Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Village Operations Manager to join our team at Henry Kendall Gardens, located in picturesque Wyoming on the Central Coast.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive village environment, surrounded by subtropical rainforest and landscaped gardens. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a strong team, fostering a positive, supportive and people-focused culture.
  • BUILD STRONG STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS IS CRUCIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
  • Deliver performance and create lifestyle solutions for our residents, including events, communications, and general safety across the village.
  • Maintain a high level of commitment to the customer and the community.
  • Implement day-to-day operational plans and maintenance programs.
  • Be the point of contact for staff, residents and their families, being approachable and always presenting excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • A solid background in customer-centric or operations-based roles.
  • A strong ability to build, maintain and utilize relationships.
  • An ability to balance different priorities and manage day-to-day expectations for the residents and their families.
  • Experience in retirement living or aged care is essential.
