This is a Park Maintenance role that involves upkeep and presentation of park infrastructure. The Facilities Handyman plays a vital part in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the park.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and repair of pathways, walls, stairs, and foundations
- Application of paint across guest, staff, and operations areas
- Repair of wooden fixtures including fences, railings, benches, and shade structures
- Minor repair of gates, signs, cladding, and external building features
- Fixing loose or damaged components in guest and staff areas
- Carrying out routine inspections and responding promptly to maintenance issues
- Identifying and reporting faults or hazards to the Facilities Team Leader
- Completing assigned corrective and preventive maintenance tasks
- Assisting with general carpentry, paving, minor brickwork, and park infrastructure touch-ups
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in a similar role, be capable of working independently, and demonstrate initiative in identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
