High-Quality Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a Casual Practice Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients, working collaboratively with experienced Nurses and General Practitioners in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will perform health assessments, administer vaccines, conduct post-vaccination observations and monitoring, triage patients, prioritize emergency situations, assist GP with minor procedures, coordinate patient clinical data, and deliver health education and coaching to support patient goals.
- Health Assessment and Vaccination Services: Perform routine health checks, administer vaccinations, and monitor patient responses.
- Emergency Response and Triage: Triage patients, prioritize emergency situations, and provide timely interventions.
- General Practice Support: Assist General Practitioners with minor procedures, such as wound dressings and suture removals.
- Patient Data Management: Coordinate, manage, and maintain accurate patient clinical data.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in General Practice or an acute setting
- Knowledge of Health Assessment highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Passion for people and personable approach
