About the Role

We focus on leading sustainability solution services through our 'One Team' culture, bringing together our strategic, engineering, and technical people to bring trusted and often innovative solutions with global reach and local touch. Due to increased demand from clients and projects, we are looking for consultants with a background in social performance, communication, stakeholder engagement, and exceeding social value outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Experience
- 4-12 years of experience in Social Performance/Social Impact roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, social sciences, communications, public policy, journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in developing organisation and project sustainability strategies to achieve outcomes for clients.
- Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation and resilience.
- Proven ability to do strategic business development.
- Positive, can-do attitude, and an ability to work with multiple disciplines and teams across a large dynamic business.
- Experience in the consulting industry will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
You will work in partnership with a good mix of our Disciplines, learning from and collaborating with our team in APAC. This opportunity will see you:

  • Support the social performance team within the Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney or Brisbane office
  • Complete projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management and overall Client satisfaction
  • Liaise with government authorities and contractors as well as other leading consultants from other disciplines and collaborate with others on the national scene
  • Adhere to professional standards, ethics and quality procedures
  • Contribute to our company culture
