Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Centre Operations Manager to oversee our Facilities Operations Centre (FOC). The FOC is responsible for monitoring data centre physical infrastructure 24/7 and facilitating Large Scale Events and Critical Site Events.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor data centre physical infrastructure, identifying potential issues before they become major problems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and escalation protocols, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution
  • Conduct thorough post-mortem analysis of outages to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of all events and incidents, providing valuable insights for future improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a strong background in facilities management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
