About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Leader, Enterprise Risk to shape our risk management strategies and foster a strong risk culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Risk Culture Framework: Promoting a strong risk culture through training, assessing effectiveness, providing guidance, and championing risk awareness.
- Risk Management Strategy / Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic goals, leading maturity assessments, and developing enhancement strategies.
- Risk Appetite Framework: Defining risk appetite statements, tolerance indicators, monitoring risk profiles, and guiding balanced risk-taking for sustainable growth.
- Risk Governance and Accountability: Implementing the Three Lines Model, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and enhancing ownership and transparency.
About You:
You should have over five years of experience in enterprise risk management within the financial services industry, including deep knowledge of contemporary risk practices, governance, process improvement, and change management.
