About the Role
In this influential leadership position, you'll be responsible for:
- Risk Culture Framework: Promoting a strong risk culture across the organisation through training, assessing effectiveness, providing guidance, and championing risk awareness and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management Strategy / Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic goals, leading maturity assessments, and developing enhancement strategies.
- Risk Appetite Framework: Defining risk appetite statements, tolerance indicators, monitoring risk profiles, and guiding balanced risk-taking for sustainable growth.
- Risk Governance and Accountability: Implementing the Three Lines Model, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and enhancing ownership and transparency.
About You
You are a confident communicator and trusted advisor with over five years of experience in enterprise risk management within the financial services industry, including deep knowledge of APRA's Prudential Standards. Your expertise encompasses contemporary risk practices, governance, process improvement, and change management. You are independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to project delivery.
