Job Title: Infrastructure Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our high-performing team. This is a senior leadership role overseeing project controls across large-scale energy infrastructure builds.

  • This position involves leading the development of cost and schedule control systems, tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • You will establish robust WBS/CBS structures, budgets, and baseline schedules in collaboration with project teams.
  • The successful candidate will drive monthly reporting cycles including earned value analysis, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Responsibilities also include overseeing change control processes and assessing impacts on time and cost.
  • You will interface closely with commercial, contracts, and delivery teams.
  • Maintaining project risk registers and proactively managing exposure will be key aspects of this role.
  • You will lead a team of planners, cost controllers, and document controllers across multiple disciplines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a Project Controls Manager role on large infrastructure projects.
  • Contractor-side experience in energy, utilities, or industrial D&C builds is essential.
  • A deep understanding of cost engineering, schedule integration, and performance metrics (CPI, SPI) is required.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced Excel tools (Power Query, Pivot etc) is necessary.
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, engineering, or project controls are beneficial.
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and attention to detail are essential for success.
