Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost and schedule control systems, tools, and reporting frameworks to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Establish robust WBS/CBS structures, budgets, and baseline schedules with project teams to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Drive monthly reporting cycles including earned value analysis, forecasts, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee change control processes and assess impacts on time and cost to minimize disruptions.
  • Interface with commercial, contracts, and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Maintain project risk registers and proactively manage exposure to mitigate risks.
  • Lead a team of planners, cost controllers, and document controllers across multiple disciplines to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Controls Manager on large infrastructure projects demonstrating expertise in cost engineering, schedule integration, and performance metrics.
  • Contractor-side experience in energy, utilities, or industrial D&C builds with a deep understanding of project controls principles.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced Excel tools (Power Query, Pivot etc) to analyze complex data sets.
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, engineering, or project controls to underpin technical expertise.
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and attention to detail to drive project success.
