Infrastructure Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to play a key role in delivering one of Western Australia's biggest infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will contribute to the Tonkin Extension Alliance team, working on the Tonkin Highway extension and upgrades.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate construction schedules and work programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and productivity targets are met.
  • Drive project performance by monitoring and reporting on daily costs.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to procure and manage on-site subcontractors and service suppliers.
  • Provide on-site technical support, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard of quality and in line with project specifications.
  • Identify risks and uphold our health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards, contributing to an exemplary safety culture.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Relevant civil engineering qualifications.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and contractors.
  • A commitment to delivering quality outcomes on time, on budget, and safely.
