We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical practitioner to join our team as a Staff Specialist in Chronic Pain. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our chronic pain management services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a medical practitioner who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful contribution to our organization. As a Staff Specialist in Chronic Pain, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective pain management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our chronic pain management services.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective pain management strategies.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior medical staff and students.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A medical degree and specialist qualifications in Pain Medicine.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
