APS Industries is a leader in designing and constructing solutions for Compressed Air, Breathing Air, Gas, Fire Sprinklers, Oil/Lubrication, Welding/Vehicle Exhaust Extraction, and complete workshop fit-outs.

**THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU**
As our Sales Consultant, you will identify new opportunities and follow up with new and existing clients to establish qualified leads and appointments for the team.

**To be seriously considered, you will require the following**:

- Be an Australian / NZ resident or citizen, with unrestricted working rights. (Sponsorship is not offered for this role.)
- Have the confidence to make outbound business development calls, with the ability to have engaging and constructive discussions with both clients and prospects around the services and solutions offered by understanding the client's/prospects' needs and requirements.
- Able to clearly document conversations into the CRM and articulate customer requirements to the team.
- An understanding of the Compressed Air, Oil/Lubrication or Welding Gases sectors would be required.
- The ability to develop structured telemarketing campaigns while setting on-site or "virtual" appointments for the team.
- Strategising every opportunity to ensure the best outcome for both the business and the customer.
- The tenacity to deliver on personal and company goals, be accountable for your actions and share success.
- Ability to understand contracts and pricing proposals.
- Ability to negotiate and manage diary arrangements with clients.
- Customer service-focused and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using a contemporary CRM platform.

Ideally, you come from a background in Construction, Mechanical, Hydraulic (Plumbing) or Industrial Consulting / Sales and feel it is time for a change.

Or you have an engineering or trades background and looking to try something new
