Reporting to our Retirement Living Operations Manager, we are seeking a leader to manage the daily operations and support resident wellbeing.
In this role you will: Manage daily operations of the village services including maintenance and gardening standards, financial performance, safety and security Enhance resident satisfaction by fostering a dynamic and inclusive community built on professionalism, mutual respect and open communication Own the compliance process for the village by performing scheduled audits, checklists and administrative activities Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, residents and their families and visitors, other St Vincent's teams, staff, contractors and supplies With your knowledge of retirement village living, strong attention to detail and commendable work ethic, you will build and foster community pride & trust with the village as a preferred provider of retirement living services in the local community.
