Job Title: Product Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Product Specialist. As a key member of our joint replacement team, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary clinical expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
  2. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  3. Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  4. Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  5. Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  6. Travel across various locations to support multiple hospital sites.
Requirements:
  • A strong clinical background, preferably in orthopaedic clinical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with surgeons and hospital teams.
  • Technical savvy with software and medical technology.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
