We provide the highest standard of rehabilitation services across personal injury and occupational health. Our team delivers expert care to support people who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work.
- We apply your clinical reasoning skills to help individuals regain their health and well-being.
- Taking a holistic approach, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to support clients in their recovery journey from rehab to healing.
- You will perform vocational assessments, counselling and other assessments depending on your area of expertise. This may include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and other healthcare professionals.
- You will use a client-centred focus, develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
- Our services are available to support injured workers in the Brisbane and/or Gold Coast area.
You will enjoy meaningful and purposeful work as you support clients return to their previous job or find new employment opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to develop and broaden your skills as you work across a range of schemes. Your portfolio may include clients under Workers Compensation, CTP, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other Comcare schemes.

You will be joining a reputable service provider, supported and mentored through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (including ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise and enable your success. Part-time options available and flexible work arrangements can be negotiated.
What makes you successful:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional is sufficient) or Occupational Therapy
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
- Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes
Candidates must have current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC. Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional is sufficient) or Occupational Therapy are required. Strong clinical reasoning is essential, along with the ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
