Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support services.

This role requires a strong background in IT, with expertise in troubleshooting, technical assistance, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage, respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
  • Provide expert-level technical assistance to internal corporate users
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain Audio Visual equipment and video conferencing tools to ensure seamless integration and operation
  • Redirect complex problems to appropriate resources and teams as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Proven experience in ticket management systems, Microsoft Windows, and MacOS system administration
