Our six-week upskilling program equips you with the necessary skills, followed by practice-based learning tailored to industry demand.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to hold a university degree level, commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills paired with great interpersonal and communication skills, be eligible to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident), and be flexible to relocate for client projects. Consultants must attend office for client assignments when required. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

What We Look For:

  • A university degree level qualification.
  • The ability to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program.

  • Able to relocate for client projects, flexible to relocate to Sydney and Melbourne.
