Software Engineering Lead in High-Performance Trading Systems

This is a leadership position that involves overseeing the development and optimization of low-latency trading systems.
Main Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Direct and guide a team of skilled software developers to design, develop, and deploy complex trading systems that meet demanding performance goals.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize processing speed, reduce latency, and enhance overall system efficiency.
- Coding Excellence: Collaborate with engineers to integrate innovative coding practices with robust testing methodologies to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Expertise: At least 8 years of hands-on experience designing and developing high-performance applications using C++ on Linux, with a minimum of 3 years working as a team lead in the financial trading space.
- Connectivity Knowledge: In-depth understanding of exchange connectivity technology and strong familiarity with financial products and market data.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or related field is required.
The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional grasp of C++ and its applications in a trading environment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
