Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an effective and skilled team by establishing clear role clarity at direct report level.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance capability, development, and self-awareness within the team.
- Conduct staff performance discussions, set priorities, and outcomes, planning, and organizing work, and monitoring workflows to achieve results.
- Action and accountability driven to meet set timeframes and objectives.
- Influence operational activities by contributing to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
- Relevant degree with management experience or associate diploma with substantial management experience required.
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain sustainable, positive internal and external relationships.
- Highly developed communication, coaching, training, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
- Confident working in ambiguity and complexity by identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
