Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our marketplace advertising efforts, driving growth and excellence in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for Amazon Ads, eBay Ads & DSPs across allocated client sets
  • Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive forecasts, focusing on KPIs and performance metrics
  • Implement best practices in channel execution, forecasting, and budget management
  • Lead problem-solving efforts to troubleshoot implementation issues and enhance client performance
  • Manage a team of junior strategists, overseeing account management and implementation work
  • Engage with key clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and platform updates, applying knowledge to drive business success
  • Contribute to proposal development, highlighting strategic thinking and industry expertise
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team on project work, including audits and strategy sessions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Amazon Advertising implementation within an agency environment
  • 1+ year's experience in e-commerce implementation across off-platform Performance Marketing channels is highly valued
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
  • Advanced knowledge of key platforms, including Amazon Ads, eBay Ads, and DSPs
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and leadership skills
  • At least 1 year's experience in line management, guiding teams towards successful outcomes
  • Experience in new business development and pitching proposals
  • Proficiency in Google Docs/Drive & Analytics tools
