Senior/Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior/Lead Educator to join our team at Goodstart North Lakes Winn St. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

About the Role:

  • Lead your own room and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Collaborate with the Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
