A highly respected developer is seeking an experienced project manager to lead large-scale projects across premium assets on the Gold Coast. This rare opportunity allows you to drive projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living.

About the Role:

This exciting role requires a seasoned project manager with a proven track record in delivering complex projects. You will oversee the delivery of upcoming renovation works and future development projects, working closely with a talented team of professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and executing plans for building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
  • Coodinating consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive successful outcomes.
  • Overseeing timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites.
  • Liaising with local council and managing development approval processes.
  • Preparing scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
  • Providing regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
  • Supporting longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.
  • Maintaining safety and quality standards across all project activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on delivering premium outcomes.
  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential.
