We are seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure Renewal Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concreting, including boxing, screed and finishing. You will be working on various types of concrete work in the commercial and industrial sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Compacting, screeding, and finishing concrete to ensure high-quality results;
- Constructing formwork for roads, footpaths, kerb and gutters, and vehicular crossings;
- Applying construction techniques for laying and joining pipes and associated drainage structures;
- Screeding and levelling asphaltic concrete prior to rolling;
- Removing ACM pits;
- Working overtime and living away from home when required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current HR driver's licence;
- A red/white card;
- Trade qualification or a proven background in construction;
- Excellent time management and communication skills;
- Good interpersonal and professional communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in using technology, such as iPads;
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines;
- Health and Safety awareness.
