About the Role

This position involves working under the guidance of our clinical team to provide person-centred care, supporting residents with daily living activities and promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored care to individual resident needs.
  • Assist with meal planning and food preparation.
  • Accurately document care activities and report changes in resident wellbeing.
  • Support meal planning by checking daily menu requirements.
  • Carry out tasks delegated by Registered or Enrolled Nurses.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
  • Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for aged care and improving the lives of older people.
