The Opportunity

As a Meaningful Connections Specialist, you will provide high-quality social support and daily assistance to residents within their home.

  • Focus on wellbeing, promoting independence, building social connection and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
  • Be bubbly and social with a background in Home or Community Care.
Impact

Interact with residents within their homes or spend time out in the community completing daily activities.

  • Spend time out in the community driving residents to appointments.
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities.
  • Assist residents with their day-to-day routines in line with their current needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Support Worker or Personal Care Assistant.
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance.
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate and two COVID-19 Vaccinations.
