Family Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a Support Assistant to provide care and support for a young woman who is a single mother with two young children.
Duties and Responsibilities- Transportation of children to and from daycare on a daily basis
- Other transportation requirements as needed
- Assistance with household chores, including meal preparation
- Support with morning, afternoon, and bedtime routines
- Flexibility to assist with additional tasks when required

As a Support Assistant, you will work closely with our participants to assist with activities of daily living, community engagement, and social interactions on an individual needs basis.
To maintain our high standards of care, we require our Support Assistants to have a genuine passion for working collaboratively with individuals and their families to build positive and lasting relationships.
