Job Opportunity: Finance Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our organization. As a junior to mid-level position, this role involves handling various financial tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be able to establish and improve our financial management system. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with audit and tax regulations, develop and monitor budgeting/forecasting control policies and procedures, and provide financial analysis and reporting.

The selected candidate will work closely with the business team to provide financial support and guidance on regional development. They will also be responsible for monitoring budget implementation and business results.

  • Strong skills in accounting and finance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; who holds CPA, ACCA or other professional qualification certificates are preferred;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory;
  • Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills;
  • Experienced in international trade, transaction and taxation is mandatory;
  • Experience in the medical device industry is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and improve the financial management system;
  • Ensure compliance with audit and tax regulations;
  • Develop and monitor budgeting/forecasting control policies and procedures;
  • Provide financial analysis and report on entity and regional level;
  • Monitor budget implementation and business results;
  • Work closely with business team to provide financial support based on different stages of regional development.
