Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead project delivery teams and drive successful project execution.

This role involves managing projects from due diligence through to development application, coordinating designs and contract administration. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with clients, improving and maintaining existing client relationships, and assisting principal engineers with forecasted workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead project delivery teams, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks, making sound business decisions to maximize profits.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience planning and managing projects through all stages of project delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

  • High-level industry awareness and engagement.
  • REPQ certification desirable.
