Principal Project Manager

The role will oversee end-to-end implementation, manage key integrations, ensure compliance with governance and quality standards, and act as a senior Change Agent to embed capability uplift across the organisation.Responsibilities: Lead and deliver Phase 2 of the CMS replacement project, ensuring alignment to business requirements and scope Manage strong relationships with executives, business representatives, and vendors to drive successful delivery Oversee project funding, forecasting, schedules, and governance reporting Liaise with government assurance bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements Act as a Change Agent to support transition from project activities to business-as-usual Requirements: 10+ years' experience delivering complex ICT modernisation projects in large organisations Proven success in stakeholder engagement and vendor management at senior levels Strong knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP, and software development methodologies (Waterfall/Scrum) Expertise in Microsoft technologies including 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and SQL/database management Government sector experience (local, state, or federal) How to Apply: To find out more, please "Apply for this job" or contact James Grierson or Mats Rorvik at: or For over 30 years, Talent has been redefining the contracting experience with industry-leading support, exclusive contractor benefits, and a world-class digital platform ENGAGE to access it all.
