We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to drive critical projects involving business process transformation and technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current business processes, gather information from stakeholders, analyze data, and document key findings.
  • Develop clear functional specifications and user stories based on business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions to engage stakeholders and teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions.
  • Support solution testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management Expertise
  • Determine project scope with Sponsor and steering committee.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Manage third-party vendors and external contributors as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects under tight timelines.
  • Proven ability to lead both business and IT team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong background driving process and technology improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in business analysis and project management roles within medium to large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Bachelor's Degree and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) preferred.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) highly desirable.
