Flight Operations Manager Role

As a key figure in our aviation team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering flight training and checking programs that ensure safety, compliance, and excellence in all facets of our operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing flight training and checking strategies in collaboration with the Head of Training and Checking.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of training and checking programs with multi-disciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CASA CPL (A) certification and current IPC (3 renewals).
  • Minimum 2500 total flight hours and 2000 hours in command.
  • At least 200 hours of night flying experience.
