Nurse Unit Lead

This is a prime opportunity for an accomplished and experienced nursing leader to spearhead a dedicated team at a leading healthcare institution.
The Role- Developing strategic plans, enhancing service delivery, and achieving organisational objectives
- Collaborating with and supporting other managers in delivering exceptional care, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements
- Oversight of the efficient and effective management of human and material resources within the department
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating practices, processes, and services within the unit
- A registered nurse with current professional registration
- Holding or working towards a postgraduate management qualification
- Clinical expertise and experience in neurosurgery and breast care patient management
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills, with previous experience in a senior role
- Excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic, and time management abilities
- Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human, and material resources
- Capacity to apply research findings to clinical practice
- Strong computer skills
