Project Coordinator Role Overview

This role involves managing logistics projects from start to finish, requiring a highly motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing quotes and coordinating shipments, including standard air/sea, domestic road/air, tenders & projects.
  • Assisting in the coordination of shipment start-up and performing day-to-day operations of project shipments.
  • Coordinating on-site handling and assisting with marketing and sales activities, as well as tender/quotations.
  • Developing strategies to support existing client relationships with interstate Project Managers.
  • Liaising with clients, ensuring timely submission of monthly estimates of profit and loss, and revenue reports.
  • Ensuring timely and correct invoicing of final charges to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Cross Trade and/or Projects.
  • General knowledge of imports and exports procedures and customs requirements.
  • Excellent customer service skills and high service orientation.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to interpret instructions and contribute to team discussions.
  • Basic numerical skills, including calculation of rates, ratios, and percentages.
