As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and meeting deadlines. You will also need to develop trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

This role involves supporting the growth of our product business by working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional results through process improvements and strategic planning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Deliver project results on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Curiosity for supply chain management – We look for people interested in logistics and operations who can manipulate data and drive process improvements.
  • Comfort with technology integration – You should understand system integrations and be able to identify technology requirements for new projects.
  • Solution-oriented mindset –You have a problem-solving mindset and aren't afraid to take chances and own the results, whether good or bad.
  • Excellent collaboration skills –You'll be collaborating with many third-party suppliers and partnering with multiple internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, category management, sourcing or related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are also required.
