We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage the end-to-end process for purchase orders from placement to final delivery.

The successful candidate will effectively and efficiently manage the procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective management of the procurement process
  • Ensuring all orders are delivered on time, in full and to specification
  • Maintenance of supplier and product purchasing data
  • Timely processing of invoices and payment to suppliers
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process
  • Experience in order management, customer service and logistics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Tertiary qualified in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
