Senior Product Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Manager to lead our product development process from concept to delivery.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing the critical path of product development, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. You will also oversee QA systems, vendor compliance, and ESG initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in product design, costing, sampling, packaging, and testing.
  • Develop and implement product range strategies to drive commercial success.
  • Collaborate with global teams to leverage international product input and timing advantages.
  • Manage fit approvals, tooling, and componentry to meet delivery schedules.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in senior product management roles within footwear or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Technical expertise in footwear design, engineering, and fit.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • High level of commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
