Roles
  • Site Manager
  • Electrical Technician

Job Roles:

  • Oversee daily site operations as a Site Manager, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • As an Electrical Technician, perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and lead a Safety Culture towards Zero Harm, ensuring all personnel adhere to strict safety standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to coordinate activities and manage documentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with WHSE requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports for clients, highlighting project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage subcontractors and procurement processes to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in operational site management or electrical maintenance, preferably in utility-scale solar or renewable projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
