Job Title:

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals with disabilities, providing high-quality support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify the underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviours
  2. Develop and implement behaviour support plans that focus on positive behaviour reinforcement, skill-building, and environmental modifications
  3. Collaborate with clients, their support networks, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the consistent implementation of strategies and the achievement of positive behaviour outcomes
Requirements:
  • Ally Health Tertiary Qualification
  • AHPRA registration
  • Full working rights
  • WWCC, Police Check & NDIS Worker Check
