This full-time position involves working as a skilled Spray Painter, responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

\rKey Responsibilities\r
  • Colour mixing and matching to achieve precise vehicle colour reproduction.\r
  • Development and maintenance of a comprehensive colour library.\r
  • Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles according to job sheet requirements, following paint supplier processes.\r
  • Buffing and denibbing vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish.\r
  • Ensuring vehicles are handled with care and attention, ready for return to their owners.\r
  • Recording additional paint work required beyond initial quotes.\r
  • Reporting old damage or substandard previous repairs to production managers.\r
  • Maintaining clean and organised work areas.\r
  • Providing coaching and guidance to apprentices when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification as a Spray Painter with at least three years' experience.\r
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.\r
