CareSouth is seeking an experienced Practice Specialist to join the Practice Improvement and Quality team in a full-time, 1-year fixed-term capacity. The role can be based out of our Wagga Wagga, Deniliquin, or Griffith office.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design, delivery, and implementation of practice development across CareSouth.
- Develop and deliver expert practice content, including coaching, mentoring, and modelling.
- Review and report on complex cases, and develop practice plans for implementation.
- Ensure practitioners are skilled in delivering services that meet relevant legislation and standards.
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience working in disabilities, early intervention, and prevention/child protection, Out of Home Care, or child and family-based services contexts.
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Outgoing and engaging personality, with the ability to attract buy-in from diverse audiences.
- Experience in coaching practitioners in a child and family context, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
