Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to major Sydney Water developer works projects related to the design of Sydney Water infrastructure for major transport and community development projects.

This role offers flexible work arrangements and can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong. Our approach covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes.

Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Working with Sydney Water Hydra and E-Developer system
  • Working on projects from Application to Project Completion
  • Collaborating with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations
  • Conducting data analysis, interpretation, and assessment to achieve project goals
  • Coordinating designs and submissions ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met
  • Attending project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation
  • Undertaking field work and site inspections
Requirements
  • Demonstrated at least two years' experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role
  • A demonstrated design background
  • Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects
  • Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures
  • Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
