This Senior Water Servicing Coordinator role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to Sydney's transport and community development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing Sydney Water infrastructure for these projects.

Our consultancy focuses on community development, covering master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. We activate urban downtowns, suburban centers, small towns, and rural areas—and the multimodal corridors that connect us to places we work, live, and thrive.

As a Senior Water Servicing Coordinator, you will be supported in developing professionally and personally, with the opportunity to build a rewarding and challenging career within our consultancy.

This role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work from either Sydney or Wollongong offices, as well as remotely.

Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Working with Sydney Water's Hydra and E-Developer system
  • Project management from application to completion
  • Designing innovative solutions for clients
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and assessment to achieve project goals
  • Design coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met
  • Attendance at project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation
  • Undertaking field work and site inspections
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated at least 5 years' experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role
  • A demonstrated design background
  • Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects
  • Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures
  • Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
