Job Title: Technical Excellence Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the success of our software development practices. The successful candidate will oversee a team of over 20 software developers responsible for delivering all software testing globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement in testing practices that supports software development practices and philosophy of always releasable software.
  • Enable High-Quality Software Delivery: Enable scrum teams to deliver high-quality software at pace leveraging efficient agile principles, comprehensive testing methodology, and automation.
  • Review and Revise KPIs: Continual review and revision of quality engineering KPIs to ensure teams and processes are highly effective.
  • Execute Quality Engineering Strategy: Execute the quality engineering strategy and roadmap that uplifts technical capability across the organization.
  • Manage Quality Engineering Teams: Manage the relationship with quality engineering teams vendors and staff across all locations where engineering staff are based.
