- Ensure the kitchen environment remains clean, safe, and efficient, adhering to food safety standards.
- Work independently during solo shifts and collaborate with the team as needed.
- Attend to guest needs promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of recipes for all menu items.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and storage standards.
- Complete responsibilities in a timely manner and adhere to all recipes and standards.
- Maintain personal grooming standards and foster a harmonious team relationship.
- Guarantee adherence to food safety, workplace health and safety guidelines, and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and undertake additional duties as directed by the Executive/Head Chef.
